Abstract: A 28-year-old woman in whom a copper-T 280-A intra-uterine device (IUD) had been placed 6 months previously, presented complaining of urinary system infection and lower abdominal pain. Intra-vesical migration of IUD was confirmed by radiography and cystoscopy.
