Histopathologically, it occurs in six patterns: plexiform, follicular, acanthomatous, granular cell, basal cell, and desmoplastic type. This report presents a rare case of an ameloblastoma in the maxillary sinus that consists of three types: follicular, plexiform, and acanthomatous.
