Title: [Chlorhexidine varnishes in dentistry]. Author: Matthijs S, Moradi Sabzevar M. Journal: Rev Belge Med Dent (1984); 2003; 58(1):9-20. PubMed ID: 12894660. Abstract: Since the discovery of chlorhexidine as a potential surface antiseptic in the fifties, it has been abundantly used in different kinds of dental pharmaceutics. In this paper, the existing literature on the use of two different chlorhexidine varnishes (Cervitec and EC40) in different fields in dentistry will be reviewed.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
