    Abstract:
    The concentration of Al, Ba, Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, Zn and other trace elements in human hair of chronic hepatitis(college students) were determined by ICP-AES. RSD of the method was 1.4%-4.9%, recovery was 94%-129%. Analysis results were compared with that of healthy. There are remarkable differences between concentration of Al, Cu, Fe, Ni, Zn and Mn. Correlation between trace elements and chronic hepatitis were also discussed.
