    Abstract:
    Simulated gastric cancers in rats have been realised by implantation of walker tumour with three different methods. The best results are obtained with the injection of 0,1 ml of tumour cells suspension in the antral wall. With this method, no important trauma is done to the antral wall, and percentage of tumour implantation in antral wall is high (84%).
