    Abstract:
    A retrospective analysis was carried out of the data on 31 patients, aged up to 15 years, suffering from germ cell ovarian tumors and treated at the Institute's Clinic (1980-1999). Overall 10-year and recurrence-free survival was 75.4% and 52.2%, respectively. Conservative surgery proved the most effective component of combined treatment. Preference in choosing polychemotherapy modality should be given to platinum-based drugs.
