PubMed ID: 14667647. Abstract: Nonanastomotic bronchial stenosis is a rare complication of lung transplantation. We report a case of a bilateral lung transplant recipient who experienced recalcitrant stenosis of the bronchus intermedius. All attempts at conservative management failed, and the stricture was successfully treated by a parenchymal-sparing segmental sleeve resection.
