PubMed ID: 14709755. Abstract: Psychosomatics is the official journal of the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine, the national organization of consultation-liaison psychiatrists. The articles published in Psychosomatics, therefore, represent an important element of the scholarship of consultation-liaison psychiatry, and the evolution of this literature should reflect the development of its knowledge base in the past 40 years.
