Abstract: Clozapine is an atypical neuroleptic drug that has proved to be effective in alleviating psychotic symptoms refractory to treatment with standard neuroleptic drugs. In addition to hematological side effects, an increased susceptibility to epileptic seizures during clozapine treatment has previously been described.
