Title: Puerperal uterine inversion and shock. Author: Beringer RM, Patteril M. Journal: Br J Anaesth; 2004 Mar; 92(3):439-41. PubMed ID: 14970137. When managed promptly and aggressively, uterine inversion can result in minimal maternal morbidity and mortality. A recent case is described, followed by a short review of the literature.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
