    Abstract:
    Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria resided in oral cavity have been investigated using Limulus Lysate Assay. The study showed that both kinds of organisms have Limulus Lysate Activity (LLA). The data from the present study indicated that various species of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria possess different degrees of LLA. There is no significant difference of LLA between Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
