    Abstract:
    The results of surgical treatment of 224 patients with perforated pyloroduodenal ulcers were analyzed. 110 patients were operated using pyloruspreserving and pylorusreducing methods. The new method of pyloroduodenoplasty is suggested. Duodenogastral reflux after pyloruspreserving operations is arised in 4.5% of observations, after pylorusdestructive--in 46.7%.
