    Abstract:
    The advent of CAD/CAM systems that enable computerized, in-office fabrication of porcelain restorations has revolutionized the delivery of precise, durable, and aesthetic restorations. Using specialized software programs that facilitate visualization of the desired restoration on the model prior to actual fabrication and scanning devices that can be applied to the intraoral structures have further improved the clinician's ability to determine the necessary restorative parameters that will ensure an accurate fit. This article presents the fabrication and delivery protocol used for CAD/CAM-fabricated restorations.
