    Abstract:

This article describes how a home health agency, using available research and then extrapolating and applying it to home care, implemented a successful catheter management program.Hackensack University Medical Center Home Health Agency (HUMC) is among the largest certified home health agencies in New Jersey, providing community-based services to more than 10,000 patients annually.
