    Abstract:
    The contents of Cu, Zn and Fe in different muscle tissues of pigs and chickens were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Mixed acid of HNO3 and HClO4 was used to digest wet samples of the tissues. A comparative analysis of sample preparations was carried out in this paper.
