PubMed ID: 1583300. Abstract: Three women with hypertension, admitted for severe epigastric pain in the third trimester of pregnancy had a complete HS. All 3 women recovered spontaneously 3 days after delivery. All clinical and laboratory findings rapidly disappeared. A premature labour was a neonatal death at 26 weeks.
