    Abstract:
    The biophysical parameters of lymphocytic membranes and their phospholipid spectrum were studied in relation to the manifestations of nonspecific hyperreactivity of the bronchial tree in 69 patients with bronchial asthma of varying severity. Impairments of the biochemical and structural states of membranes were ascertained to be one of the major pathogenetic mechanisms responsible for the clinical, pathophysiological, and pathomorphological manifestations of the disease, its severity and persistent course.
