Abstract: Stahl's ear is characterized by a third crus, a flat helix, hypoplasia or total absence of the superior crus, and deformity of the scaphoid fossa. There are various methods for the correction of Stahl's ear, but the surgical correction of this deformity is more difficult than it appears. We recently devised a new surgical method of our own. During the past 4 years, we treated 5 patients with Stahl's ear with this procedure.
