Candidemia was diagnosed by blood culture and culture of IVH catheter. Although, the patient was treated with fluconazole, clinical symptoms and chest radiographic findings worsened. After micafungin was replaced with fluconazole, her symptoms, chest radiographic findings improved and stabilized.
