    Abstract:
    The developed methods of wounds closure were successfully used in 25 patients aged from 15 to 55 years with open and gunshot fractures of the lower extremities. The former method consists in gradual putting of wound borders on Kirschner's wires and gradual closure of wound defect. The latter method is based on using original removable plate sutures which permit to regulate degree of adaptation of wound borders. Indications and contraindications for methods were determined.
