Abstract: Most colonic polyps are asymptomatic and the incidence rises during sixth and seventh decades. Symptoms and signs may vary with histological types and location. Clinical features include fresh rectal bleeding, mucoid diarrhea and prolapsus of stalked rectal polyps located near distal segment.
