  • Title: [Mobbing: how to treat it?].
    Author: Schonnebeck M.
Journal: MMW Fortschr Med; 2005 Aug 04; 147(31-32):40-2. PubMed ID: 16128196.
    Abstract:
Because of its pathogenetic role, the mobbing phenomenon - originally a sociological category- has acquired medical relevance. Before appropriate therapeutic strategies can be agreed upon with the victim, knowledge of the various components of mobbing (system, actors, victims) is required. In difficult cases, the possibility should be investigated whether psychotraumatic or personality-related aspects relating to the victim are responsible for the lack of response. If this is so, the patient should be referred to the appropriate specialists.
