Title: Evolving management of pediatric urinary tract infection. Author: Neeb A, Bissada NK. Journal: J Ark Med Soc; 2005 Sep; 102(3):73-5. PubMed ID: 16184808. Abstract: UTI is a common problem in the pediatric population with significant long-term morbidity. Fecal-urinary migration is the most common route of infection, and E. coli is the most common organism.
