Title: Ventriculoperitoneal shunt catheter masquerading as ascariasis. Author: Gupta SK, Jaiswal AK, Kumar S. Journal: J Clin Neurosci; 2005 Nov; 12(8):966-7. PubMed ID: 16242936. Abstract: We describe extrusion of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt catheter through the anus occurring in an eight month child with hydrocephalus. Pathogenesis and the literature is reviewed.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
