Abstract: We describe the case of a 4-year-old boy, with a positive family history of multibacillary leprosy (borderline-borderline) in his 12-year-old sister. The patient was diagnosed to have borderline lepromatous (BL) leprosy, BI of 4 + and had two erythematous, infiltrated plaques over the scrotum.
