Title: One-step preparation of Hageman factor fragment concentrate. Author: Simonianová E. Journal: Biomed Chromatogr; 1992; 6(4):194-5. PubMed ID: 1643388. Abstract: The Hageman factor fragment (HFf) concentrate was prepared from acetone and dextran sulphate activated human plasma by chromatography on a CM-Sephadex column. The HFf concentrate can serve as an activator of prekallikrein in patient plasma.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
