    Abstract:
    Based on clinical and catamnestic examinations of 75 children and adolescents with hypochondriac disorders, variants of borderline and psychotic disorders were distinguished. Comparative age-associated assessments of the psychopathological manifestations of the disorders were carried out. During transition from the preschool to the junior and adolescent age, the rise was noted of the number of the clinical varieties of hypochondriac disorders, complication of their structure and of the emotional experiences. The authors indicate the manifestation of hypochondriac disorders in children and adolescents both within the framework of schizophrenia and neuroses.
