Abstract: The sorption-application therapy is of great medico-prophylactic significance in treatment of military trauma. The medical effect can be obtained but when using sorbents maintaining the active mechanism of debridement of the wounds. On the basis of the complex laboratory investigation of properties of the sorption materials and their ultrastructure conclusions are made of prerequisites for their use in treatment of purulent wounds. It was shown that the curative-prophylactic effectiveness can be provided by sorbents on the basis of water-swollen polymers (Gelevin, Cellosorb, Gelecel) and carbohydrate materials.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
