    Abstract:
    Ability to process information as a factor of professional success. The authors revealed that psychologic selection could be considerably improved through more thorough evaluation of intellectual capacity of candidates and increase in predictive preciseness of occupational fitness expert opinion from 59 to 89%. Applying evaluation of information processing efficiency was proved to be more precise predictive method than a traditional method analysing obtained psychodiagnostic results.
