Abstract: The stochastic Liouville equations are employed to investigate the combined signatures of chemical exchange (two-state jump) and spectral diffusion (coupling to an overdamped Brownian oscillator) in the coherent response of an anharmonic vibration to three femtosecond infrared pulses.
