Title: [Toxic epidermal necrolysis]. Author: Bygum A, Andersen KE. Journal: Ugeskr Laeger; 2006 Aug 14; 168(33):2645-9. PubMed ID: 16942680. Abstract: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a rare, mostly drug-induced life-threatening mucocutaneous reaction with generalised symptoms and internal organ involvement. The clinical syndrome, diagnostic criteria, pathogenesis and possible disease-limiting drug therapy are discussed.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
