Title: Clinical features of the yellow nail syndrome. Author: Cordasco EM, Beder S, Coltro A, Bavbek S, Gurses H, Mehta AC. Journal: Cleve Clin J Med; 1990; 57(5):472-6. PubMed ID: 1695555. Diagnosis is based on the presence of typical clinical features, striking nail changes, lymphedema, and pleural effusions of undetermined etiology. In patients with symptomatic pleural effusions, pleurodesis is beneficial but no treatment for the nail changes has been devised.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
