Title: [Morphofunctional properties of the blood cells in patients with ischemic heart disease following gravitational correction]. Author: Zaletskiĭ LL, Borzova LV, Dobashina AN, Bezprozvannyĭ AB. Journal: Lab Delo; 1990; (6):23-6. PubMed ID: 1699031. Abstract: Red cell and platelet surface membranes, platelet adhesion to glass were examined in coronary patients treated among other treatment modalities with gravitation surgical correction of the blood. Scanning electron microscopy was used in the study. The studies revealed the minimal injurious effect of the extracorporeal contour on blood cells; a manifest improvement of cellular morphology and function was observed after a course of procedures. An attempt was made to assess the mechanism of gravitation surgery effect on blood cells.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
