Abstract: The study which follows is prospective, qualitative and comparative. It relates, in first part, to the evaluation of the comprehension of the disease and the treatment then change of the practices of life of a population reached of chronic cardiac insufficiency. The results show a certain effectiveness of the meetings of therapeutic education and an assumption of responsibility coordinated in network. The second part tries to include understand the incorporation of this new knowledge and led by comparing two groups of men resulting from different socio-professional mediums. Research points the importance of the culture of the body in the interpretation and the mobilization of the new knowledge obtained on pathology and the treatment, the experiment of the body limits, the interactions with the professionals of health.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
