    Abstract:
In spite of the intensive research and observations, the issues of early diagnostics of the gestosis of pregnancy, and the correct determination of the severity of the pathology, are still not studied enough. The aim of this work was to study the dependence of the frequency of the gestosis on the changes of annual seasons and meteorological factors. Great attention was drawn to the exploration of the rate of blood flow in arteries of uterus. On the basis of gestosis medical treatment, direct frequency dependence of gestosis in pregnants are detected on the seasonal changes of regional meteorological factors--age-specific frequency of gestosis are noticed in winter-spring period. Comparatively fewer cases are registered in summer and in autumn as well, when the average monthly rates of barometric pressure and relative humidity are reduced, the air temperature rises. Our own clinical results showed that the bloodstream in uterine artery worsens, and the index of resistance increases actually in winter and in spring, when the regional seasonal biorhythms worsen. In the same seasons (winter-spring) Doppler activities of bloodstream in uterine artery particularly worsen and in blood flow spectrum dicrotic recesses show up.
