Journal: Neurol Med Chir (Tokyo); 1991 Feb; 31(2):92-5. PubMed ID: 1715043. Abstract: The authors report two cases of symptomatic Rathke's cleft cyst. Cytological examination of the cyst contents identified clusters of ciliated epithelial cells. Rathke's cleft cyst is normally defined by mucoid fluid in the cyst cavity and cyst wall biopsy.
