Abstract: Aggressive fibromatoses (AF) are locally aggressive neoplasms that do not metastasize but are frequently associated with one or more recurrences and subsequent associated morbidity. AF in the urological system is quite rare and has mainly been described in single case reports or as isolated cases in a large series of extra-abdominal desmoid tumors.
