Title: [Experimental study of the impact of a single use of indometacine on the morphological structure of the mucous coat of the stomach and small intestine]. Author: Vymiatina ZK, Ivanova LA, Krylova SG. Journal: Eksp Klin Gastroenterol; 2006; (3):32-6, 70. PubMed ID: 17203840. Abstract: A single application of the indometacine in the dose of 60 mg per kilogram of body weight had an ulcerogenic action in 100% of cases. The alterations in the inucous coat of the stomach appeared as dystrophic changes in the integument and fossa epithelium and disorders in the microcirculation. The increased acidity of the gastric juice can be associated with the observed increase in the amount of parietal cells. Changes in the mucous coat of the small intestine testified to the development of inflammation.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
