Abstract: Distortion of septal and atrial anatomy in Ebstein's anomaly places the atrioventricular node and His bundle at risk for injury at operation. We present a novel technique for creating a robust neo-annulus, remote from conduction tissue, adding to the armamentarium of techniques available for the reconstruction or replacement of the tricuspid valve.
