    Abstract:
    A 16-year-old, spayed female beagle was diagnosed with metastatic thymoma causing a probable paraneoplastic syndrome of generalized acquired myasthenia gravis. Anticholinesterase treatment was initiated; however, 5 days later the dog died. Une Beagle stérilisée âgée de 16 ans est diagnostiquée avec un thymome métastatique causant un syndrome paranéoplasique acquis généralisé probable.
