    Abstract:
    The circuit of microbiological crop for definition Campylobacter spp. in foodstuff based on the procedure described in method FDA 2001z, with the modified set of nutrient mediums discribed. The offered method is comparable with official definition Campylobacter spp. under ISO 10272. All stages for detection, including microaerobic incubation are provided with accessible industrial manufacturing ingredients (nutrient mediums, aerotolerant additives, CO2, barrier packages). The method allows to find out Campylobacter spp. at a level 4 cells per 100 g in product and is suitable for calculation of this microorganisms in foodstuff.
