Abstract: Aneurysmal bone cyst are commonly seen in long bone and vertebrae. There are rare in skull bones especially in the temporal bone and zygomatic arch. We report one case in a young male of 15 years old. The main symptom was swelling of the temporo mandibular region. Clinical, radiological and therapeutic aspects of the disease are discussed with regards to the literature. The diagnosis is based on good imaging and histopathological analysis.
