    Abstract:
    In the summer of 1997, the Department of Health Administration decided to incorporate on-line learning into its professional graduate program. This paper describes this two-year process from original discussion through to full implementation across the entire first year course curriculum by the summer of 1999, with an emphasis on faculty experience and evaluation, the existence of barriers, and critical success factors for implementation.
