    Abstract:
    The aim of the work was estimation of perolar mucolytic agents in treatment of inflammatory diseases of middle ear and paranasal sinusitis. On the basis of research it was concluded that Sinupret reduced the necessity of grommet. Sinupret is the best systemic mucolytic in the treatment of inflammatory disease of middle ear and paranasal sinuses. To treat seros otitis media Sinupret was used as a monotherapy drug. In treatment of acute otitis media and sinusitis Sinupret is recommended in the third period of disease in combination with antibiotics.
