Abstract: We report the successful use of prostaglandin F2 alpha continous bladder irrigation in two patients for the treatment of intractable cyclophosphamide-induced hemorrhagic cystitis which was resistant to conventional therapy in two patients. A 0.7 mg% solution of prostaglandin F2 alpha was used for continuous bladder irrigation at a rate of 150 to 200 cc/hr for four days. The response was complete in both patients and no side effects were noted.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
