    Abstract:
    The specificity of monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) ICO in normal T and B cell differentiation has been described. The use of standard MoAbs CD19, CD5, CD7 was taken into account in modification of immunologic classification of lymphoblastic tumors. Analysis in 336 patients with ALL has been done to compare the use of E-rosettes, xenogeneic antisera and MoAbs in T-cell leukemia and lymphoma diagnosis. There are evident differences in the frequencies of some immunological subvariants of lymphoblastic leukemia as compared to lymphoma.
