    Abstract:
    In article modern hygienic approaches to catering services of workers of locomotive brigades were examined. The analysis of disease of the given professional group is carried out depending on features of working conditions. Researches on the organization of a rational healthy meal of the given category of workers and development balanced on a chemical compound and power value of diets are executed. Some variants of realization of a meal for locomotive brigades are offered in view and modern hygienic requirements.
