PubMed ID: 17701724. Abstract: We report a 42-y-old female with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) who presented with scrub typhus for a duration of 2 weeks. Subsequently, ascending paralysis and facial diplegia developed. GBS was confirmed with nerve conduction studies and cerebrospinal fluid examinations.
