The number of road accidents and road accident fatalities now not only present a great social-medical problem in Russia but also a problem of national security as road accident mortality is far ahead of the developed countries and showed no trend to lowering. The experience of foreign countries on reducing road traumatism is analysed.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
