Abstract: Analysis of the results of treatment of 152 patients with acute cholangitis of benign origin made it possible to substantiate two-stage therapeutic tactics consisting in instrumental decompression at the peak to the disease and a corrective intervention conducted after removal of the clinical manifestations of ascending biliary infection and cholemic intoxication.
